1.How often does your company come out to service my yard?
Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available such as twice-a-week and twice-a-month service.

2.Does your company work through winter?
Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and our company continues to clean-up and remove dog waste through winter. We do offer a THAW SERVICE for the first clean up after the winter thaw. Please call us for more information and rates.

3.Is there an extra charge for first time service?
Sometimes. At our descretion we may have an additional charge if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time.

4.Can you work with our dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our staff into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, then we may ask that you restrain or confine your dog during our visit. We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dogs or our employees.

5.What is our Satisfaction Guarantee?
We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you do not have to pay for it! We know our business depends on DOOing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're working very hard to provide reliable, high-quality service. If there is ever a time our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right by either coming back to reclean the yard promptly, or by crediting your account.
